The Salon Professionals Alliance (SPA) is now building a statewide network of Chapter Representatives—dedicated leaders from every corner of South Carolina and across all sectors of the beauty and wellness industry.
We are seeking passionate, licensed professionals of nail technology, cosmetology, esthetics, massage therapy, natural hair care/ braiding, and barbering to help lead the fight for stronger regulations, sanitation standards, and professional respect in every community.
Whether you’ve been in the industry 1 year or 20, your voice matters—and your leadership is needed now more than ever.

As a SPA Chapter Representative, you will:
- Serve as the local voice of licensed professionals in your area
- Report quarterly on local challenges & concerns.
- Help coordinate regional meetings, events, and other networking opportunities.
- Distribute educational materials and advocacy updates.
- Support state-level legislative and enforcement efforts.
- Be a point of contact for your fellow professionals who need support.
Who We're Looking For:
- Licensed professionals in good standing with SC SBOC.
- Active in your industry and community.
- Passionate about protecting the profession.
- Organized, communicative, and ready to lead
